Casa Francisca is located on a quiet neighbourhood square next to the historic Plaza de la Villa. The house has two façades facing two different squares, with easy parking nearby and close to Requena's main monuments and places of interest.

Set among narrow lanes that make it a haven of silence and peace, it is the ideal place to enjoy rest and tranquillity.

The house is a new build, completed in September 2016 following the style of the surrounding historic houses, fitted with every modern comfort and convenience.

During construction, priority was given to guest comfort within a sober, functional setting, using natural cork insulation and environmentally friendly materials.

On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a full bathroom. All rooms face outward, bright and sunny, with large windows and balconies overlooking Plaza del Albornoz.

The ground floor features a spacious living-dining room with an open-plan kitchen equipped with everything guests need, plus a guest toilet.
