The house
Casa Francisca is run by the women of a family that has lived in the Villa for generations.
The house was born from the desire to remain part of Requena and today opens its doors to visitors who want to discover the town from its very heart.
Accommodation with character
Casa Francisca sits on a quiet neighbourhood square next to the historic Plaza de la Villa, with easy parking and close to Requena's main landmarks.
It is a new build completed in September 2016, designed in the style of the surrounding historic houses. Eco-friendly materials, including natural cork insulation, ensure interior comfort throughout the year.
Upstairs you will find two double bedrooms and a full bathroom. All rooms face outward, bright and sunny, with large windows and balconies overlooking Plaza del Albornoz.
The ground floor features a spacious open-plan living-dining room with a fully equipped kitchen and a guest toilet.
